Biographical summary
Suzanne Hayman, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Medicine, she received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1991 and completed her residency in internal medicine at Barnes Hospital, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. She then pursued a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, followed by a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children Research Institute. She is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology, and has a special interest in plasma cell disorders, lymphoproliferative disorders, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Dr. Hayman has authored over 100 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and abstracts, and has received several honors and awards, including the Mayo Foundation Scholar and the Division Laureate in Hematology.
